How to Create a Staff Account on AERIE: Quick Tutorial

In this post, we’ll guide you through the process of creating staff accounts on AERIE, empowering you to optimize your digital asset management and collaboration. Let’s dive in!

Step 1: Accessing the Staff Page

To create staff accounts, you’ll need to log in as the administrator or master account. Once you’ve successfully logged in, navigate to the top right corner of your screen and click on “create.” From the dropdown menu, select “create staff” to proceed.

Step 2: Adding a Staff Member

You are now in the Staff section of AERIE. To add a new staff member, click on “invite staff.” This will initiate the process of including a new member to your team.

Step 3: Staff Member Details

To ensure a seamless onboarding experience, enter the name and email address of the staff member you wish to add. While optional, you can also upload an image of your staff member to personalize their profile. Once you’ve filled in the necessary information, click on “Invite” to send an invitation to the staff member.

Step 4: Invitation and Account Creation

The staff member will receive an email containing a one-time password to complete their account creation process. Once they’ve followed the instructions and successfully created their account, they will appear in the Staff section of AERIE.

Congratulations! You have successfully added a staff member to your team.

Managing Staff Accounts

Within the Staff section, you’ll find a comprehensive summary of each staff member’s activities and details. As the administrator, you have full control over their access to various tabs and features within the AERIE platform. This ensures a secure and organized environment for collaboration.

Assigning Clients

To streamline the management process, AERIE allows you to assign specific clients to individual staff members. By doing so, each staff member will only have access to the assets owned by their assigned clients. This feature provides an additional layer of security and further organizes your digital asset management process.
